With Live Auctioneers and Manatee Galleries Inc. your bid is a contract

Place a bid only if you’re serious about buying the item. If you are the successful and winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property bid on from the seller. You should contact Manatee Galleries to resolve any questions before bidding.

When bidding live, DO NOT leave your computer or smart device unattended – electronic bids CAN NOT be retracted once submitted. Only click on the BID NOW, or BID buttons when you WANT to place a bid.

  1. Sign up with LiveAuctioneers.com first.
  2. Sign up for the Manatee Galleries Auction you wish to bid at.
  3. be sure to read the HOW TO BID on Live auctioneers. Using the Bidding Console
  4. You will be approved after your account is reviewed.
  5. Registration for online bidding 1 days before the auction my NOT have time to be verified.
  6. If you sign up the day of the auction and are NOT from the United States WITH a past good bidding history – you will not be approved to bid.

All Manatee Galleries auctions are streamed live on Live Auctioneers so you may participate in real time bidding.Live Auctioneers will administer registration and process and execute all bids. Your bids will be electronically transferred to Manatee Galleries during the sale. Please visit liveauctioneers.com to register; we recommend you do so well before the start of the auction to ensure you are approved in time and have installed the appropriate software on your computer. Reasonable efforts will be employed to place online bids in the saleroom; however there will be no liability for any failure or error in the placement of such bids.

You can follow along with the auction even if you are not registered to bid, although we encourage you to register so you can easily participate in the sale.
